Saurus is the Ancient Beign of Light, Peace, and Life. When Earth was born, he and his opposite/twin, Astroida, battled for newborn planet.  Saurus ultimately won, and, with his wonderful power, life on Earth was born.  When Astroida and her dark forces attacked at the end of both the Permian and the Cretaceous periods, Saurus created a great underground cavern to save the dominant animals of their respective time periods.
